At Veyor, we develop collaborative scheduling software for the built environment. Our clients include the largest construction firms and building owners in the world, and we have a presence in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

We have been growing fast and have recently closed a significant capital raise to help fuel our next phase of growth. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Product Manager to join our team and help grow Veyor’s products in Australia and abroad. In this role, you will work closely with Development, Design and Product Management teams. Reporting into one of the founders, this will be the first non-founder Product Manager so that comes with great opportunity to develop a first class foundation to build a team with in the future.

The construction industry is one of the last frontiers for digital solutions, and we have demonstrated that we can build solutions that the industry loves. We have clear market fit, and are a trusted partner to our customers, positioning us well to take advantage of this opportunity.

What will I be Doing?

  • Identifying customer pain points to target (through interviews and metrics)

  • Collaborate with product team in finding solutions to the customer problems

  • Take new solutions from concept to launch, iterating through experimentation

  • Managing & communicating the Roadmap

  • Setting priorities & requirements

  • Monitoring key metrics to ensure product impact is as expected

  • Continuously improve the product development process to ensure efficiency

  • Articulating the Business Value of the product

  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and understand the product strategy

  • 4+ years demonstrated prior Product Manager experience

  • 3+ years Experience working in Enterprise SaaS or B2B products

  • Metrics driven - data analysis is key

  • Ability to articulate customer problems

  • Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving.

  • Customer centric and committed to going over and beyond for your team and customers

  • Empathetic and you genuinely care for your team and customers

  • Valued but not required:
    • experience in product teams that have scaled quickly

    • Construction industry experience
