Responsibilities:
Conduct research to understand customer needs and pain points
Design user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers
Conduct usability studies to validate designs and gather feedback
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales and marketing
Continuously iterate and improve the design of our products
Preferred qualifications
Experience using quantitative methods to aid decision making
Background, BA or MSc in Design, UX, HCI, or related field. Preferred but not required
Knowledge of the construction or the facility management industry is beneficial but not required

Strong portfolio of work showcasing end to end user-centred design processes
Experience conducting interviews and usability studies
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in the use of design related tools like Figma
Experience working with design systems. Even better if you have also built them
